How do I track my order?
When we ship your order, you'll receive an email with the subject line "Order #XXX is on its way." Inside, you'll find a link and tracking number.
It's normal for tracking to be infrequent during transit (about 7-10 business days). Once the package reaches the local courier, you'll see more information.
You can check the status of your package by clicking on the link in the email.
Do you also ship internationally?
Yes, we ship almost everywhere. However, some countries are not available due to customs reasons or restrictions.

Do I have to pay taxes or customs fees?
If you order within the European Union or the United Kingdom, VAT is included. In the US, local taxes may apply.
If you order from outside the EU or US, you may be subject to additional customs duties upon delivery. These costs are the responsibility of the recipient.
Do all products arrive together?
If you buy multiple items, we may ship them in separate packages.
Want to receive them all at once? Contact us immediately after ordering and we'll try to arrange a single shipment.
Do you ship to PO boxes?
In some countries, yes. We recommend always providing your full address to avoid delays.
What happens if a product runs out of stock?
Many of our items are limited edition. If they sell out, they may not be available again.
If you see something you like, order one before it sells out!
Can I get a refund?
If your order is pre-ordered and hasn't shipped yet, we can refund you.
If it has already been shipped, unfortunately we cannot offer returns, exchanges or refunds , as the products are custom-made.

Where do I put my discount code?
You can enter it at checkout, after adding the products to your cart.
Codes cannot be added to existing orders.
Can I use multiple discount codes?
No, you can only use one per order.
What currency do you use?
All prices are in Euros (EUR) .
I got the wrong address. Can I change it?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, we can update your address.

If the package has already been shipped, we cannot modify it. In this case, you will need to contact the courier to try to reroute the delivery.
Tracking isn't updating, is this normal?
Yes, this often happens during international shipping. Tracking becomes more accurate once the package clears customs and reaches the local courier.
You can track everything from the link in the shipping email.
Will the package arrive at my home or do I have to collect it?
It depends on your country and the local courier. Sometimes the package is delivered to a collection point or post office.
If you see “in stock” or “ready for collection,” contact your post office to find out how to pick it up.
